Careers

Build the platform. From classroom to cleanroom.

RifSol is an integrated semiconductor and electronics platform being built in Morocco — crystal growth to datacenter, design to reliability. Its teams are hired the way its fabs are run: in structured phases, against real industrial programs.

From classroom to cleanroom

Talent development is engineered into the platform through NIT, the Network & Integrated Technology division. Structured training tracks take students and new engineers from the classroom onto production systems — the same MES, networks and analytics platforms the divisions operate — so competence is proven on production-grade infrastructure before cleanroom-grade responsibility follows.

The same philosophy runs through the technical divisions: new engineers work beside process, equipment and design specialists, on the exact tools and product flows they will own.

Where you can work

The platform spans engineering environments that rarely share a campus:

  • Silicon Boule — crystal growth, wafering, CMP and wafer metrology.
  • Frontend — a 350–65 nm automated wafer fab: lithography, etch, implant, integration and yield.
  • Backend — assembly, packaging, test and reliability, including SiP, chiplets and HBM rework.
  • SMT/PCBA — surface-mount lines engineered for ±25 μm accuracy and >99.9% first-pass yield.
  • IC Design Center — analog, mixed-signal, digital and MCU design with an in-house PDK.
  • Advanced R&D Center — SiC, GaN, photonics and advanced packaging research.
  • AI Datacenter — high-density compute infrastructure on 50% renewable energy.
  • NIT — the digital backbone: MES, Industry 4.0 data platforms, cybersecurity.

How recruitment works

Hiring follows the phased build-out plan: as each division ramps, its teams grow with it — engineers, technicians and support functions recruited for the programs actually being deployed, not for fictional openings.

If you want to be considered as the platform grows, send your profile through the contact section of this site and indicate the division or field that fits you best. Profiles are routed to the division teams, and the NIT training tracks offer an entry path for early-career candidates as well.
