The RifSol Newsroom is where the platform publishes what it builds. Updates follow the phases of the build-out plan — from wafer line deployment to platform qualifications — and are published as milestones are reached.
What we publish
RifSol communicates through factual engineering and operational milestones rather than speculation. Expect announcements tied to the industrial reality of the platform:
- Phase completions across the five-stage value chain — Silicon Boule, Frontend, Backend, SMT/PCBA and Systems Integration.
- Technology platform qualifications, from CMOS and BCD process nodes to SiC and GaN programs.
- Certification deployments (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001) as they take effect on certified processes.
- Research programs and partnerships from the Advanced R&D Center, including SiC, GaN, photonics and advanced packaging.
- Platform milestones at the AI Datacenter and services programs led by NIT.
Where to look while updates are in preparation
Until the first announcements go live, the division pages of this site are the most current description of each organization: what it does, how it operates, and which platforms it industrializes. The technology platforms overview lists the process families under phased industrialization.
